This website
This is an informational website. It offers brochures and narrated presentations without requiring registration. The website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or a client database. Hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times for operation, security and troubleshooting.
Enquiries
The local review forms collect the contact, organisation, industry and selected service or course information described beside each form. Submission is disabled until the private email connection is configured and tested. Once enabled, general service enquiries are handled by Info and course enquiries by the Training Team. Course audience, industry and experience information supports private grouped demand reporting. Names and contact details are not published as website comments.
Email links open your email application; they do not automatically send a message. If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use these to respond, discuss your requirements and administer any resulting engagement. Please do not send sensitive client records until a suitable secure channel and confidentiality arrangements have been agreed.
Service providers and retention
The reviewed deployment uses Microsoft Azure for the application and Microsoft 365 for business email. Domains.co.za manages domain registration and DNS. Website hosting arrangements will be confirmed at publication. Hosting and email providers may process information to deliver those services, subject to applicable arrangements and law. Enquiry records are retained for the purpose of the correspondence and any resulting engagement, with applicable record-retention and legal requirements considered. Hosting-log retention follows the hosting configuration and provider arrangements. Contact us for information relevant to your records.
Your information
You may contact our Information Officer to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to raise an objection or deletion request, subject to applicable law and retention obligations. You may also raise a privacy complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator. Contact us for the applicable process for requests for access to company records.
