To build a world where risk becomes a language spoken by everyone, enabling stronger organisations, better decisions and sustainable growth.
To help organisations see clearly, decide better and grow stronger through the practical application of risk, opportunity, resilience and insight.
Whether you need a clearer view of an insurance exposure, support for the decisions shaping your business or practical learning for your people, we begin with your needs. Explore how our services can work together around those needs, and the next capability we are developing.
Learning should help you do your work with greater confidence. Our self-paced online courses connect risk knowledge with the decisions, responsibilities and challenges you face every day.
Whether you are developing your own skills, supporting your team or helping an insured put recommendations into practice, we start with what people need to understand and apply. You can learn around your responsibilities; organisations can agree programmes that fit their roles and development needs.
You receive course materials, practical activities, assessment and feedback within the agreed offer. Organisations can also commission learning plans and progress reporting. Workplace follow-up is agreed where needed to see what is being applied and where further support will help.
Explore the Knowledge Center brochure ↗A sound insurance decision starts with a clear view of the operation. We help insurers, underwriters and brokers build that understanding: the assets, how the business runs, the controls people rely on and the dependencies that could turn an event into a significant loss.
We examine the risks, threats and potential claim losses arising from asset damage and business interruption. Our work gives the insurance market a clearer technical basis for underwriting and placement decisions, with evidence, assumptions and information gaps made visible. The insured gains practical improvement priorities from the same assessment.
You receive a scoped survey report, a prioritised action register and a close-out presentation. Where commissioned, MFL and PML scenarios explain potential loss severity, including interruption and recovery, using agreed definitions, values and assumptions. Insurance judgement remains with the relevant insurance parties.
Explore the focus areasWe start with your business and what you want to achieve. Around the table with your team, we use risk and opportunity insight to help strengthen strategy and operational decisions. We can support your existing risk function, establish one or take on the agreed function.
We can facilitate your entire Strategic Risk Office or selected services: enterprise and operational risk assessments, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, bow-tie analysis, and critical control assessment. Together, we identify practical workarounds for disruption and use measurement, inspection and actions to monitor the controls that matter.
You can also use our software on a subscription basis to manage your own risks, actions and evidence, view authorised dashboards and download released reports. Strategy support, continuity planning, bow-ties and critical control assessment remain facilitated by Targelis.
You receive the registers, treatment plans, control requirements, continuity arrangements and reporting agreed for your engagement. The benefit is a clearer basis for decisions, named responsibilities and improvements followed through. Action owners submit evidence; the original assigner validates closure. Subscription scope and readiness are confirmed before activation.
Explore the Risk Office brochure ↗Protecting your operation starts with understanding where it may be vulnerable. We are developing Security Visibility to help you consider the threats facing your people, assets and operations, and where protection needs attention.

Enquire about our coursesA survey begins with an agreed purpose and boundary. The assets, hazards, available evidence and intended use determine the depth of review and specialist involvement.
From extraction to processing, with the operational interfaces kept in view.
Manufacturing operations and supporting engineering activities. The engagement defines the processes, assets and specialist boundaries.
Warehousing and logistics, including operational dependencies, storage exposures and continuity considerations within the agreed scope.
Port and rail operations, assets and interfaces, with the delivery team and specialist requirements established for each engagement.
The delivery team, technical review, applicable references and report recipients are agreed for each assignment. A survey does not guarantee insurance coverage or constitute statutory certification.
We help insurers, underwriters and brokers understand the operation behind the placement: its exposures, controls and potential claim losses. The report explains the evidence and judgement. With the insured, we turn improvement findings into practical priorities and agree any follow-up needed.
How can we help with your next placement? ↗We work with your leadership and teams to strengthen strategy, understand exposure and agree what to do next. Clear responsibilities, practical continuity arrangements and checks on critical controls help turn decisions into action. Reviewed reporting shows what has improved and what still needs attention.
Which upcoming decision would you want defended? ↗We connect self-paced learning with the work your people actually do. Practical activities and feedback help them apply what they learn. Where agreed, progress reporting and workplace follow-up help you see who needs support and how learning is contributing to better practice.
Where could stronger understanding make a difference? ↗Each engagement defines the required expertise, outputs and timetable. Learning materials, reporting methods and software readiness are confirmed before commitment. Security Visibility is in development.
Start with your priorities. Agree what we will work on together, who needs to be involved and what you should receive.
Listen to your people, review the available information and inspect where agreed. Make what we know, and what we still need to understand, clear.
Discuss the findings with you, test the reasoning and agree practical priorities. Recognise what is working as well as what needs attention.
Agree owners, deliverables and timing. Where follow-up is commissioned, work through the improvements and validate the evidence of completion.
