FRACTIONAL RISK OFFICE / CORPORATE CLIENTS
Better decisions.
Stronger execution.
Understand where risk practice works, where connections weaken, and what to improve next.
Discuss an assessmentConnect strategy to everyday decisions
Your objectives depend on decisions throughout the organisation. We examine how direction becomes plans, resources and controls, and how evidence, concerns and learning inform the next decision.
Five organisational layers. One connected view.
Executive, senior management, management, leadership and supervision describe responsibilities, not maturity levels. We examine the connections between layers without assuming seniority proves greater maturity.
The maturity ladder
Five levels: (1) Reactive or absent; (2) Specified; (3) Operating; (4) Tested; (5) Adaptive. We distinguish an intended practice from one that operates, has been tested and improves through learning. Unknown remains Unknown where evidence is insufficient. An overall average must not conceal a critical concern.
What you take away
An agreed scope and evidence limits; a supported maturity profile; prioritised management findings; and a practical improvement plan with owners, targets, dependencies and verification. Reassessment checks whether changes actually work.
Protected participation
Structured perspectives and organisational evidence are considered separately. Reporting boundaries and privacy arrangements are agreed before participation. Small groups and distinctive comments can expose identity; absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
A consultant-led service
Agree objectives and scope, gather structured perspectives, examine evidence and uncertainty, review findings, and prioritise improvements. We agree a suitable survey approach and privacy arrangements before participation. The service is led by a consultant who reviews the evidence and discusses the findings with you.
Our basis and limits
Our original methodology is informed by established risk-management standards and maturity frameworks. It is not certification, an endorsed instrument or a validated comparative benchmark. Maturity findings support professional judgement and do not predict or guarantee business outcomes.
